New supplier registration
AEP manages its supplier relationships with software from Frictionless Commerce. To complete AEP’s online ‘New Vendor Registration’ form, the following information is required:
- company and financial information;
- tax information, including a copy of your signed W9;
- diversity status, including any applicable certifications;
- insurance information, including any insurance ACORD or certificates;
- safety information, including OSHA history and substance and alcohol abuse testing practices; and
- NAICS codes.
For security reasons, this online form must be completed in a single session, with no more than a 20 minute break. To make completing the form easier, use this data collection document (MS Word : 54 KB : get viewer) to capture the required information prior to beginning the online form.
Registering as a vendor enables your firm to be considered as a supplier and does not constitute an obligation on AEP’s part to purchase products or services from your company.
