AEP's employment process
In most cases, our employment process is:

1. Job Seekers express interest in positions online.
2. Job Seekers are prescreened online and notified immediately if they don't pass the prescreening questions.
3. The best qualified candidates are interviewed and/or tested when appropriate.
4. Successful candidates receive an employment offer, which is contingent upon an acceptable background check and pre-placement health examination.
5. New employee orientation begins.
