Course description |
Instructors and speakers from various companies and agencies share their expertise
to integrate the topics of energy, economics and the environment for the participants.
Classroom presentations, panels and facility tours combine to present this topic
so teachers can develop learning experiences for their students. |

Workshop projects |
Participants will prepare and submit two activity plans to teach the economics of
energy or the environment; submit an in-service plan for presentation to school
peers; and prepare a list of resources to be used to teach economic concepts identified
in the workshop. |

$100 nonrefundable registration fee payable to Ball State University. Tuition free
to Indiana residents courtesy of AEP; tuition for out-of-state participants will
be reimbursed at in-state rate courtesy of AEP. |
