AEP facilities are located within the ranges of the following U.S. federally threatened and endangered species:
AEP has also created a list of federally threatened and endangered species that have ranges within the AEP service territory in the states of Virginia and West Virginia. This list is based on a county by county analysis of potential threatened and endangered species habitat in the AEP territory of those states.
