Overview |
On December 1, 2009 AEPSC made a filing with FERC for a formula rate to establish an up-to-date revenue requirement for transmission services over the facilities of the American Electric Power Transmission Companies (AEPTCo) subsidiaries under the PJM Open Access Transmission Tariff and under the SPP Open Access Transmission Tariff as applicable to implement a transmission cost of service formula rate. February 1, 2010 was requested as the effective date for initial rates for the formula rate.
