Something Missing?
If you do not receive your dividend check within five business days after the
dividend payment date, or if your check is lost, destroyed or stolen, you
should notify the transfer agent or Investor Relations for a replacement.
If your stock certificate
is lost, stolen or destroyed,
you should notifiy the transfer
agent immediately so a "stop
payment" order can be
placed on the missing certificate.
The transfer agent will then
send you the required documents
to obtain a replacement certificate.
