Supply Chain Process Lead Principal (Salary Grade 9)
Supply Chain Process Lead Staff (Salary Grade 10)
What You'll Do:
Strategic Plan Development: Develop and implement strategic plans for Supply Chain process improvements based on root cause analysis of gaps, aligning initiatives with corporate objectives and measuring their impact on overall performance.
Collaboration with Leadership: Work closely with senior leadership to ensure Supply Chain operations align with organizational goals and strategic roadmaps, providing insights on market trends and best practices.
Mentorship and Development: Mentor and develop junior and mid-level Supply Chain staff, fostering a culture of growth and continuous improvement within the team.
Industry Benchmarking: Conduct benchmarking with industry peers to identify opportunities for innovation and efficiency, presenting findings and recommendations to leadership.
Executive Presentations: Prepare and deliver presentations to executive leadership on Supply Chain initiatives, demonstrating the value and impact of proposed changes.
What We're For:
Supply Chain Process Lead Principal (Salary Grade 9)
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred or equivalent as defined in experience requirements.
Experience: Minimum of 6 years of experience in Supply Chain, with a focus on process improvement and leadership roles, or 10 years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
Supply Chain Process Lead Staff (Salary Grade 10)
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred or equivalent as defined in experience requirements.
Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in Supply Chain management or related field, with extensive experience in process optimization and leadership roles, or 14 years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
Other Must Haves:
Must have strong analytical and presentation skills to convey detailed analysis into a high-level discussion format.
Demonstrates strong business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges.
Ability to lead teams in a matrixed organization, across geographic and functional reporting lines.
Ability to strengthen relationships with key business partners and executives.
Compelling and persuasive communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
Light travel may be required10% of the time.
