Students & Interns
At AEP, we provide college students with several opportunities to gain work experience in their career fields through internships. Our program serves students enrolled in a full-time college or university program.
In 2025, we extended full-time job offers to 95% of our graduating interns, paving the way for a bright future.
Qualifications & Duties
- Completed freshman year of college
- Work a minimum of one intern rotation, typically in summer
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Engineering students: Enrolled in ABET-accredited programs with a minimum 3.0 GPA
