AEP Recognized as One of America's Best Employers for Women

COLUMBUS, Ohio, July 28, 2020 – American Electric Power (NYSE: AEP) has been named one of America’s Best Employers for Women by Forbes and Statista. The company is one of 300 organizations identified as being well-liked by female employees.

The list is based on an independent survey from a sample of 75,000 U.S. employees working for companies employing at least 1,000 people in their U.S. operations. Forbes and Statista also considered the diversity of executive leadership roles within candidate companies.
