COLUMBUS, Ohio, March 27, 2026 – American Electric Power, on behalf of its subsidiary Public Service Company of Oklahoma (“PSO”), is seeking proposals from bidders to construct, operate and maintain a natural gas pipeline lateral and associated natural gas facilities (collectively, the “Gas Facilities”) to the Comanche U2-U3 Natural Gas Project (“Plant”) located in Lawton, Oklahoma. These Gas Facilities will be utilized to supply the Plant with natural gas as the primary fuel source. Offers of mainline firm transportation capacity are also being sought as part of the proposal package.

Notice of intent to bid must be received on, or before, Wednesday, April 29, 2026. Proposal packages are due no later than 5 p.m. EST, Tuesday, June 16, 2026, and should be submitted via email to aepfuelsrfp@aep.com. More information can be found here. RFP Summary
