COLUMBUS, Ohio, Sept. 22, 2017 – Cardinal Operating Company, operator of the Cardinal Power Plant, located near Brilliant, Ohio (Ohio River Mile Post 76.6), will be conducting an email auction on Oct. 4, 2017 for 50,000 wet tons of wallboard quality gypsum in calendar year 2018.
