FORT WAYNE, Ind., April 16, 2001 - American Electric Power (NYSE: AEP) is again offering FalconCam, an inside view of a peregrine falcon family atop the One Summit Square Building in Fort Wayne.


“Freedom” and “Roosevelt” are the stars of this online show which gives viewers the chance to observe these birds along with the four eggs on which Freedom sits in the nest.

The online project was developed in 1995 by AEP, the Indiana Department of Natural Resources and two nature conservation groups, Soarin’ Hawk and the Audubon Society. The image is updated every 30 seconds from sunup to sundown from a surveillance camera installed on the roof of the building.
